Our massage therapy services provide relaxing and therapeutic benefits to relieve stress, pain, improve movement and mobility, lower blood pressure and improved circulation. Our Licensed Physical Therapist is trained to address any needs you may have.

Lymphatic Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage technique is used to relieve painful, swelling areas caused by lymphedema including the face, arms, and ls. Our certified massage therapist uses a series of gliding, compressing, stretching, and cupping motions over the client’s body. The light rhythmic movements, applied without massage oil, stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes. MLD follows a specific sequence over the body so lymph isn’t trapped anywhere, making sure every area is treated with care.
Recommended for cancer patients, post-operative breast augmentation/reduction, and post-CoolSculpting for optimal fat reduction.

Trigger Point Therapy

This deep tissue massage is a simple, non-invasive way to release tight spots and alleviate pain in overworked or injured muscle fibers. Our licensed physical therapist uses myofascial release techniques to target large muscle groups and loosen muscle knots. It works to release a trigger point by pushing fresh blood in and flushing waste material out as it brings more oxygen into the area. Overall, Trigger Point Therapy aids in releasing muscle tensions, while improving circulation and normal muscle movement.

Therapeutic Cupping

This Chinese deep-tissue massage is an ancient form of alternative medicine that helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being. The cupping method uses heat and suction on specific areas to increase blood circulation while reducing ischemic pain and swelling. This also aids in the release of harmful toxins in the body as it triggers the lymphatic system, clears the blood vessels, and stretches and activates the skin. Recommended for post-covid and hypoxic patients.

Swedish Massage

This relaxation massage is suited for those needing stress relief and muscle headache tensions. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm. This technique is one of the most relaxing styles as it aims to relieve the sympathetic nervous system of pain. Our licensed physical therapist will adjust the pressure according to your sensitivity and preference.

Cross Friction Massage

Cross friction massage is a powerful technique that helps to remodel scars and ensures that the collagen fibers of the scar are aligned properly. This is a technique focusing on sciatica and lower back pain that seeks to maximize mobility in a ligament and tendon, prevent scar tissue adhesion and delivers Immediate and long-term pain relief. Also known as deep friction massage, it is recommended for treating tennis elbows, achilles tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis for runners and individuals with desk jobs.

Sports massage

Sports massage focuses on relaxing overused muscles and restoring optimal range of motion, increasing flexibility with a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, and stretching. This massage can also provide welcome relief from mental stress for athletes undergoing rehabilitation and recovery and to help relieve muscle stiffness, improve circulation and increase flexibility to prevent strain and tears. Designed for individuals involved in sports or strenuous activities to target the hamstrings and distention or laxity of the cruciate ligaments. A customized stretch is included to implement coordinating muscles and promote muscle tension relief. In a 60 minute session, 6-8 muscle groups will be incorporated

Kinesio Tape Therapy.

Kinesio Taping is a technique designed to work with the body’s natural healing process while providing rehabilitative support and stability to muscles and joints. While this rehabilitative tool primarily decreases pain and reduces inflammation, it also relaxes overused or tired muscles.A flexible tape is used to take the stress off the joints by creating a rubber-band effect that modifies movement and aids in supporting and stabilizing the, knees, hips, elbows and ligaments, while supporting muscles and tendons as they bend, contract, and extend.
